Aero and Heli Expo Announcement

As I attended the session, panel of PHD Chamber explained the need of Aero and Heli Expo. Mr. K.N. Rao, Chairman Civil Aviation Committee, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry emphasised on opportunities for aviation industry. He said Expo is contemplated for tourism. 95% of tourism happens with aviation. Due to massive increase in traffic of tourists via air all over India, there is a need felt for the second airport in many states. He said this is in line with the scheme UDAAN by PM Narendra Modi.
It was becoming increasingly difficult to manage helicopters along wirth fixed wings. Keeping in mind the increasing need of aviation services and a separate heliport (owned by Pawan Hans) was inaugurated on 28th February. Heliport can accommodate largest helicopters of the country, 30 helicopters of different sizes. Rohini is a strategic location to accommodate held operations. No need to waste any time and simply land. We are not having to work with any fixed wind partners. There is a need for Helicopter players to come forth and have the look at heliport. Joy rides have already started confined to Saturday and Sundays for 10 and 20 minutes. 10 minutes ride for 'Dilli Darshan' for Rs.2500 and 20 minutes ride for Rs.4999.

Travel to indonesia while enjoying it more with Accor Hotels

Indonesia's thoughts give a feeling of pristine waters surrounding lush green islands with travellers surfing, adrenalin rush, cool breeze and energy. This feels so dreamy. I always love dreaming about a destination like Indonesia. I had gone to a conference organized by OM Tourism for Indonesia at Delhi, hotel Pullman. Although I have visited Indonesia once, but realized there is so much more to do there through the presentation. Below I have described what I learnt.

Why travel to Indonesia

Indonesia is a chosen destination these days as there is a lot of similarity between Indian and Indonesian culture. I myself witnessed Indonesian version of Ramayana in Ubud. It has affordable luxury stays.
There are two types of seasons in Indonesia - Summer and rainy, 700+ dialects, 300+ tribes. Indonesia is now promoting many more of its places.
1. Bandung, capital of West Java has a strato volcano Tangkuban Perah which is a famous tourist site for hot water springs and boiling mud. It is also a  MICE destination.
2. Bintan, Yogyakarta, Lombok for MICE, shopping, tradition and culture.
3. Gilli is an island which has no motorised vehicles. Entire Gilli can be covered in 45 minutes by bicycle or bagghi ride.
4. Mt. kelimutu a volcanic mountain in Flores . Flores is also famous for Dragons.
5. Macassar- Bantimurung National Park is famous for butterflies, theme park, rides, cultural dance and performance. Toraja is a tribe that lives in their natural habitat.

Review- Xiao Chi, the Chinese restaurant at Westin Sohna

Xiao Chi is a Chinese restaurant at Westin Sohna resort and spa. Amidst greenery, this restaurant provides a feeling of peace and relaxation.

Experience at Xiao Chi

Dim lights with rustic furniture makes the overall ambience of the restaurant very soothing. Its a fine dining set up.
Ambiance
We were first of all offered sweetcorn soup. Kids had juices. Chef and his team were very cordial. They specially prepared red sauce pasta for kids. I loved Chengdu Jiao zi which were boiled chicken dumplings with Kikkoman soya and chilli oil. They tasted awesome.
Chicken Shao Mai a steamed chicken dumplings flavoured with ginger and onions was tasty.
