Lansdowne, India

Lansdowne, the name itself seemed interesting in a country like India where mostly names of places are not in English.
After my little one turned three months, we felt the need to transform the monotony of babysitting into something interesting. So, we decided to take some time off to rejuvinate at a location that was not so far from Delhi.

15 most important things to carry while traveling with an infant

Birth pangs, sleepless nights, changing diapers, feeding etc takes a toll on mother's health. There has to be a nice getaway for the family to break the monotony and better bonding between husband and wife. Traveling with an infant is not easy.
It is better to travel by car or train rather than air unless otherwise necessary. Consult your doctor before you do an air travel. Car travel is more comfortable as you can be flexible for the infant. To make your getaway pleasant with your infant, here are some important carry away things.
  1. Car seat - If you are travelling by car, make sure that the car seat is fitted properly at the back seat and the infant is belted.
  2. Ear plugs - If you are travelling by air ( with your doctor's consent), make sure to put cotton plugs in baby's ears. Bottle feed her during take off or landing. This will keep her away from pressure in ears.
