As I reached Johnny Rockets, I could see enticing healthy salad nicely presented on tables by Chef Bakshish Dean((“Chef of the Year” award by the Indian Culinary Forum and the PHD Chambers of Commerce and in April 2008 , currently holds the position of CEO at Johnny Rockets India). When I tasted the same, it was fantabulous. If a dish appeals to eyes, it is liked by our digestive system as well. I have heard this many times. But I was always curious how the deadly combination of healthy, nutritious and delicious blend together in a unique dish. Chef Bakshish did exactly the same.

Chef Shamshul Wahid (Group Executive Chef of Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. ) from Smoke House Deli was innovative enough to create dishes that were lip smacking. He prepared smoked beetroot which was superb and even kids would love it. People who hate beetroot would fall in for smoked beetroot. I was amazed to see how beetroot can be presented so differently which can be utterly delicious while keeping its nutritional value.

Review- Malaysian Airlines from Delhi to Kuala Lumpur

I travelled for the first time in Malaysian Airlines in May, 2016 while I was going from Delhi to Bali. I had to change flight at Kuala Lumpur.

As I waited for the boarding to start, everything seemed to be perfect and on time. I was supposed to travel in economy class but I was pleasantly surprised to know that I was upgraded to the business class.

Seats were very comfortable and I was able to wonderfully adjust it according to my wish. I had a good leg space as it should be in Business class. TV screen was nice and flawless with good quality earphones. It was quite cold at the time. I had to request for two blankets.

Review- Air Mauritius from Delhi to Mauritius

Air Mauritius serves many routes from Delhi like to Mauritius, Madagascar, South Africa, Reunion and more. Journey form India to Mauritius is around 7 hours.

I have travelled through Air Mauritius four times. First time I travelled 10 years ago and have a faded but good memory of Air Mauritius. It was a fantastic experience then. Service was courteous and professional.

2. Denpasar southern part of Bali is more touristic, High fi with many big buildings, people traverse for jobs.
3. At the centre- Mt. Range divides it into southern n northern parts. It takes 3 hrs from North to South considering climbing and full route.

4. Balinese believe in almighty God. 3 manifestations - Brahma, Vishnu n Shiva. Many people think Bali is land of Gods. Every house has a temple. Hindus in Bali and India are different. Hindus didn't come from India.
