Nayab - Sea Food Festival at Indyaki, Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar

When I heard about Nayab Sea Food Festival by Indyaki, Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar, I was eager to experience the same. I had been planning to experience Indyaki since long but finally this plan materialized. Being winter time, it was pleasant and we reached the restaurant around  9pm.

The restaurant tables were occupied with a few vacant. Live music was on. We took a table near the window from where we could witness the greenery and sky outside.

The restaurant is big and spacious. Dining tables were laid well around each other far enough to maintain the privacy of individual tables. In the beginning of the restaurant, was a lounge like big sofa setting where people could chit chat. Next to that were two separate sections for big gatherings dining. There were provisions for baby chairs as well. There were bigger seating arrangements for bigger families as well.

Live kitchen was in the center of the restaurant. The decor and furniture was complimenting each other to create a nice and soothing ambiance along with live music.

Nayab Sea Food Festival is all about fishes, prawns, crabs. First of all, we were served a very innovative warm drink- turmeric punch which was a mixture of ginger, turmeric, basil. The concept behind it is to refresh and energize and also to heal. Similar drink used to be served to warriors who came from battles to heal and repair their systems after a long drawn stress.

I am fond of fishes and tried two of them. Both the fishes were well cooked and presented with a lot of passion and innovation. The first one being wrapped in banana leaf and with the layer of spicy and tangy flavour of gravy which was neatly done.

Barbeque Nation- Unity One Mall, a feasting destination

I am a fan of Barbeque Nation. I make it a point to visit this lavish royal feasting destination regularly. This time the reason to visit was my son’s Birthday. We had planned and booked our dining in advance. The administration staff was very courteous and prompt and they ensured we had a smooth booking. In the evening when we reached, our table was already reserved.

In the middle is buffet table, live kitchen , kulfi station, desserts section, salads, main meals table.

Karma Chalets, an unprecedented stay cation destination that provides unrivaled experiences

I had gone to Karma Chalets with my immediate bigger family. We had all ages in the group. This was my second visit to Karma Lakelands. In our last visit we had stayed at a luxury villa in Karma Lakelandss. This time we wanted to enjoy Karma Chalets which is a boutique hotel in Karma Lakelands. I even convinced my family members to stay in Karma Chalets. We had a one night and two days stay.

Karma Chalets is in sector 80 Gurgaon. As soon as you enter the premises, green belt welcomes you embracing the clean vicinity and fresh air.

One could feel the cooler temperature which would be lesser by 1º-2ºC being green.

Review- On Kourse restaurant at Karma Lakelands, Gurgaon

I had gone to Karma Lakelands some two years ago. Our stay at the property was so good that we all wanted to re visit. Last time we had great dining experience at restaurant On Kourse. This time also, I wanted to enjoy the same experience. This time I was with my bigger immediate family having all ages.

One special thing that I have observed with restaurants at Karma Lakelands is that they provide ample space for activities for all ages by the dining area. That takes care of all kind of guests. Kids get to run around in the lawns or play table tennis, squash or even Carrom Board.

Even adults both senior and junior enjoy such games. There is a sit out area by the restaurant where nature lovers can sit and delight themselves with the sight of nature.

A restaurant must experience - Under The Neem, Karma Chalets, Gurgaon

Very few restaurants are there in Delhi/Gurgaon that make you experience nature and food together. Isn't it? Nowadays, specially, if you find one, you will be its loyal customer. Something like this has happened with me. I have fallen in love with the restaurant- Under The Neem at Karma Chalets, sector 80, Gurugram. This restaurant blends with nature such that you actually talk to nature while savoring food.

I had gone there with my family which includes all ages. There was not only food for all ages, but also activities for all ages!

It is a unique concept for a restaurant to have activities that too for all ages. This is what their USP is all about. What to talk about their USP! You name it and one is better than the other. Food, Ambiance and service. You will love everything there. The menu is a seasonal one. Following a ‘farm to table’ concept, guests can also take a walk around the vegetable garden right next-door to see where the produce comes from.

Brilliant performance and excellent entertainment at Tjapukai show, Cairns- Australia

During our trip to Australia, we had heard alot about aboriginals. Aboriginals are the actual residents of Australia. Now, Aboriginal population is only 10%-12% of total population in Australia. The initial lifestyle of aboriginals used to be in forests of Australia. As per what I could understand, they used to lead a life similar to aadiwaasis of India. During the trip, we were scheduled to witness Tjapukai Show by Aboriginals in Cairns.

The usage of wood, stone etc was very much prevalent at that time. What I noticed in a presentation for aboriginals was that they had features similar to Indians.

When we entered the venue, it was a pleasant feeling. First of all we had some delicious snacks and a special refreshing drink.
