Travel can be personal or frequent business travel. After having successfully planned for your trip, its time to ensure your perfect health. This will not only elate your spirits but also leave you with pleasant memorable precious moments. There are pre boarding and boarding precautions to be taken while flying which I have written in my other article. Here are quick tips for you to stay fit during your trip and have a healthy travel.
- Consult doctor for vaccinations at least 6 weeks ahead if travelling internationally. Some vaccinations need time to react in body
- Medical insurance is required as per the country of travel
- Have medical and dental check ups to prepare for medicines to be taken along
- Drink only bottled water of a branded company
- Consume only piping hot soups and food. Well cooked hot food doesn't have bacteria. Consuming cold food items can cause infections
